rel='nofollow' Tags ?

If you take a look at your blog source code , you will find some references of rel="nofollow"tags. By default these tags were created for preventing search engines to index links in order to reduce spam.
However this formula doesn't seems to work at all and spammers still does exist. But the worst thing about the presence of these nofollow tags are It prevents helpful links from being indexed by search engines, which blocks the access of back links to other blogs and viseversa.

How To Remove rel='nofollow' Tags from your Blog

you can remove these nofollow tags from your blog easily by going to your blog template >> Edit HTML , but don,t forget to tick mark "Expand widget template".

Now there are two type of rel='nofollow' attribute present in blogger blogs by default which are as follows.

1. Back link 
2. Comments

1. For Back Links

Now if you want to remove rel='nofollow' attribute for getting the benefits of back links to your blog.Search for code 1 in your template and remove the following tag attribute highlighted in red color.Search for the mention code below with the help of Ctrl+F on your keyboard.
Now remove the highlighted phrase rel='nofollow' from the current code in your blog template.

2. Comment section Rel="nofollow" 

Now again search for this code given in the box below
and remove the section highlighted in red .
Once you are done removing these two nofollow tags from your blog you can save you blog template.
Removal of nofollow tags from your blog can give you a lot of SEO benefits resulting in increasing PageRank and Reputation in search engines, allowing to gain more organic traffic and rank higher in search results.
